Originally released in 2017 as part of the Open Ground EP on #INTERNETGHETTO, Black Sands was a fully electronic track — suffocating, synthetic, and submerged in digital tension. It later spawned an entire remix album and became a defining piece of that era. The 2025 live version strips away the circuitry and replaces it with flesh and distortion — guitars, grit, and weight. It feels less like a reinterpretation and more like an evolution, revealing a side of the song that was always buried underneath. Old body, new blood.
