This heart-breaking incident occurred in a NYC day-care center. A 1-year-old boy died after he allegedly inhaled fentanyl. It was his first week at Divino Nino day care. Other three kids from the same centre were also affected by the drug but survived. NYPD found nearly a kilo of the opioid in the facility. The owner faces several charges.
