JD Vance’s microphone was muted by moderators during Tuesday night’s vice presidential debate as he clashed with Tim Walz over immigration. In a string of barbed attacks, the Republican vice presidential candidate accused Kamala Harris of opening the “floodgates” at the US-Mexico border and allowing “fentanyl into our communities at a record level”.
