Earthquakes are quite common in Japan so I didn’t bother but it continued after few seconds and became even stronger. Then suddenly my PC and lights went black. I looked outside, noticed some lights and decided it’s my apartment only but switching the main plug didn’t help. So, I went outside and found almost black streets with rare lights, which looked like emergency lights. More people went outside. My next thought was I won’t see such blackout for years, I need to film it. So, I took my camera bag, rode the bike to my common night videos testing site and started filming. The whole walk I was thinking about zombie apocalypse. No tea time as none of vending machines worked. Electricity got back online 10 minutes after the end of this video 😹 In this video Sony FX3 really shined, almost literally.
