Vintage Amati drum set restoration (Part 1)

I am restoring a Czechoslovakian Amati drumset. It was a former Amati collector’s last complete set. He wanted to keep it for themself but later he decided to sell it me. When I started to play the drums at the age of 14, my parents bought me a very similar set to this but in a gold sparkle finish. Of course I sold it later in order to buy a newer one. More than twenty years later I could buy this kit just for the sake of having it.
