*** Do you have any idea why the renew a lot and than demolished it? That is because they ask money from the Province (or some institute) and for that the huge amount money the got they renew a few things and most of the time with low costs. Sometimes a few months or a year later they demolished it and use the money for a project where the can't get money for .... or stick it in there own sack. I had seen it too with the big flatbuiding where my mum lived. They hang postboxes on every level and put some paint on it. They had say to the people who live there they can go back in 2014 but it is never rebuilded and they took the money and sticked to their own pocket, so false they are here. My mum want so badly go back but in 2017 there was still no building and she died in that year. I'd ask the owner of the piece of land and he said that there is no plan for and keep as it is, there is still a part of the flat in the ground.
