5-ingredient Healthy Blueberry Cookies😍 These are a super easy and yummy dessert or snack idea😋 The recipe is vegan & gluten-free! • More healthy recipes in my Ebook which has 100 easy recipes, link to the book is in my profile🥰 • Ingredients: 2 mashed bananas 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter or any other nut butter, I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts (1.2 dl) 2 cups (gluten-free) oats (5dl) 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup blueberries (1.2 dl / 80g) • 1. Mix the bananas and peanut butter together 2. Add the oats and cinnamon and stir to combine 3. Fold in the blueberries 4. Spoon the cookies onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper 5. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 10-12 minutes
