Dr. David Shaner is the Principal at CONNECT LLC Performance Development Consultants and is Herring Professor of Asian Studies and Philosophy Emeritus at Furman University. He is the author, co-author, or series editor of over 40 books, including most recently, The Seven Arts of Change: Leading Business Transformation That Lasts.
