I upscaled the version from from 512x384 to DVD quality, 640x480. Considering the quality of the original download, that was as far as it made sense to go. I did some mild stabilization and some minor cleanup, but I tried to use a feather touch. Aside from this, I greatly cleaned up the audio, substantially leveling out the peaks, using dynamic EQ, reducing as much of the hiss as I could, and centering the mono signal (all sound was originally only on one side). The audio is where I did the most work. I don't want movies like this to be forgotten or left behind. I'm happy to use what limited skills and tools I have to kick this film down the road a bit farther.
