In this video i carry out pre ride safety checks then take the viper out for a ride. I carry out these checks before i ride the bike on the road because of its size and power. There are also some riding clips from when i rode to the Isle of man TT in 2012 with my sons Sam, Stephen and friend Ian. It was the wettest TT of the 11 times iv'e ridden a motorcycle to the Isle of Man with 4 days of solid rain! the viper behaved its self most of the time but I dad have a couple of moments with a wayward back end ! The in pits footage at Elvington runway was shot by Dunk Rose () We were also filming for an episode of Henry Coles ITV4 The Motorbike Show which was fun. The on bike video is from one run where I reached a 1/4 throttle gentle run of 189mph, but i shut off early going through the timing at 182mph.
