Kangaroo 🦘Walk | Lower Body Mobility Workout | Animal movement pattern Do you see a similarity? Probably the Kangaroo has more muscles 💪😜😂 This is an excellent hip opener exercise that helps improve lower body mobility. Get into deep squat position, extend your arms as far as possible and take a controlled leap. Try to land with your feet in front of your palms.
