Unused / unissued material - no paperwork - dates unclear or unknown Rome, Italy. Boys of the Italian Young Fascist movement or cadets, the Ballila, march along street. Crowds give fascist salute as they pass. Various shots as the boys replace the soldiers guarding a building. Nice shot as a boy and a soldier ceremonial change guard by fixing and unfixing their bayonets. The soldiers march away followed by some of the Ballila. Boys are shown mounting guard with the memorial to King Victor Emmanuel in the background. Shots of them marching (in an odd goosesteping style) outside door of building. CU boy on guard.
