03 Hypopituitarism

In this video I am reivewing that causes of hypopituitarism. Mainly we can classify them into 4 groups. 1. Non functioning adenoma - Part of the MEN1 group of disorders 2. Craniopharyngioma - Derives from the Rathke’s pouch 3. Pituitary Apoplexy - Infarction into the Pituitary gland caused by Sheehan Syndrome, Bromocriptine, or Sickle Cell 4. Empty Sella Syndrome - caused by leakage of CSF Fluid Finally I will discuss the clinical findings of a hypofunctioning pituitary
