Presented by United World Films, inc. as part of the Living Language series this film titled “Halowe’en” uses narration in simple language and subtitles to chronicle the story of elementary school-aged children enjoying the customs and traditions specific to Halloween. The film utilized the expertise of educational consultants of language arts education (ELA) specialists Judit Horvath and Sheila Lowenbraun and was produced and directed by Leonard Peck.
