A Kuaizhou-1A (KZ-1A) launch vehicle launched two satellites, KL-α-A and KL-α-B, from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, Gansu Province, northwest China, on 17 November 2019, at 10:00 UTC (18:00 local time).
