Journalist Mohammed Abdul Hadi reports from within Al Shifa Medical Complex - March 18th, 2024, providing a critical account of the dire situation unfolding. In the early hours of the morning, the Al Shifa Medical Complex was suddenly besieged. The siege saw the entry of numerous vehicles associated with the occupation army into the courtyards of the complex, leading to expanded demolition operations. Approximately 25 to 30 thousand civilians, including the sick, injured, medical staff, and displaced individuals, find themselves trapped inside, facing an imminent threat to their lives.
