The QCTP upgrades my mini lathe; it's going to save me a lot of time between tool changing. This is a 'Multifix type' quick change tool post, with 40 different tool-bit positions. In this video we bore the tool post's mounting hole to fit in to the base of the top slide as also we turn a new smaller stud for it, mounting and alignment at the end.
