Who was Mr Chitungwiza? John Chibadura will never be forgotten in countries like Zimbabwe, Malawi, South Africa, Mozambique & Botswana. “Mr Chitungwiza“ as he was affectionately known by his followers. John Chibadura was one Zimbabwe's best Sungura Guitarist/Singer. Moving to Harare in 1980 proved to be his inspiration, John decided to try his hand at music after seeing local play acts played in bars. Chibadura eventually started his own band and immediately hit the charts with his first single Upenyu Hwandinetsa.
