Two very exciting and enjoyable goalkeeper training drills. 1. Looks at the ability to reposition through lateral movements going into diving saves but can be easily adapted to target low, mid and high saves. 2. Through good foot work the goalkeeper manoeuvres over the markers and into multiple saves. With mini goals set up, the drill progresses into an endurance exercise and through agility and speed the goalkeeper needs to change direction to make the next save.
