Chief Instructor Alvin Guinanao with assistance from Slovakian representative Boris Ivanič, Ján Vošček and Hungarian representative Attila Nyitrai taught the basics from ground to upright techniques and the core principles of SBL. Big Thank You to Martin & Stefan from Pencak Silat Anak Harimau for hosting Alvin Guinanao and I’m sure this won’t be the last.
