Jill Earthy is an entrepreneur with an MBA and has successfully built two companies (Frontline Staff Inc. and momcafe Network Inc.), grown them nationally and then sold them. For the past 5 years, she has been the Executive Director and then CEO of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs (FWE), a non-profit organization educating, mentoring and energizing female entrepreneurs. She is a BIV Top 40 under 40 (2010) and was recognized globally in 2011 by the International Alliance of Women for supporting the economic empowerment of women. Jill’s passion is identifying opportunities, connecting people and helping small businesses to grow. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
