Mesereau explained that he was able to successfully get the D.A. not to prosecute Tyson after putting together a packet that he felt exonerated him. Mesereau also said Tyson’s conviction for the prior charges were questionable after what he discovered happened during the trial. He then spoke about how celebrities have an unrealistic view of the courtroom, and Mesereau detailed how the media can sway opinions on the status of a trial, which you can hear more about above.
