This is a very old video recording, to my knowledge the only one, with Antonio Janigro and the Zagreb Soloists. Janigro was a famous cellist who studied with Casals and Alexanian; later, after leaving Italy, he moved to Zagreb where he formed the Zagreb soloists. At that time (1954) the concept of a small string orchestra led by a cellist was unique. More will come from the same recording set in the immediate future.
