He was wandering around as a stray in Collinsville, Oklahoma in this condition, suffering every single day with no relief in sight. That is until Skiatook Paws & Claws Animal Rescue were alerted to him and immediately jumped to action. After doing animal rescue for many years and seeing many horrible things, we can barely look at the broken creature pictured here.
