This isn't just any dance workout, this is THE workout that we celebrated our recent engagement with! 💍 With we picked 10 instrumental beats and mashed them together with 10 of our favorite exercises for a cardio-hiit banger! This workout combines cardio movements with strength training for a complete high-intensity workout. This workout is not easy by any means, so Juice included a few modifications to help you manage through the workout. If you fall off beat, or run out of gas, no worries--just vibe to the music and pick back up when you can. Quick Note: There were a few other modifications in this workout that i forgot to do---I was having so much fun and and got carried away.
