HX Notebook Book Block Digital Production Line includes three machines, the book blocks are first fed to the HX15DHR Digital Three Knife Trimmer, automatically set by inputting the size data through the touchscreen, the books are automatically precisely aligned for book block front trimming, then head and tail trimming, the books can be pressed directly in the cutting area, the optical configuration is the dual head round corner trimmer, trim the book block two corners simultaneously, driven by hydraulic, stable and cutting accuracy. This machine can operate as a hand-fed, stand-alone machine and in inline mode. Then, the finished book blocks are sent to the HX15DHB Digital Head Band Fixing Machine, inputting the size data through the touchscreen, and then all parts are set automatically for job changeover.
