Added an additional rarity type to possible loot table(rainbow in color). Took a bunch of tweaking of materials in order to achieve the effect. Also tidied up existing materials so the color and rainbow can coexist and a simple variable determines whether to use rarity color, or do the rainbow effect. based on the spawners total loot it will spew, determines the radial range loot will extend out. helps to space out loot more to make it easier to obtain/look at. right now icons and colors are hard coded in t
