They fling their arms around, do star jumps and do funny postures on the mats that help to break a fall and avoid serious injury - it looks quite comical! We hear that the men come from all professions from all over London and the Home Counties. The men throw each other in judo-type moves then box in pairs. They do leaping forward rolls in lines and vault over the box horse (some shots in slow motion).
