BALA KTS-14 delivery from SSB to Gendarmerie

The first prototypes of the BALA KTS-14 Fuselage Supported Shield Transport System developed by Adger Engineering with the Presidential Defense Industry Presidency ( SSB ) project were delivered to the Gendarmerie General Command. With the project, a biomechanical system with a unique internal mechanism that can carry the mini ballistic shield in the Gendarmerie inventory to the personnel ergonomically was developed by Adger Engineering. The system carries the 14 kg ballistic shield in a balanced and ergonomic way and provides protection at the head level. The system, which enables the personnel to carry a shield longer, provides 24 cm movement capability with its light design. The system also increases shooting accuracy and durability.
