Racers took to the track today inside BC Place in Vancouver, Canada, ahead of tomorrow's WSX World Championship Kickoff. The track is a legit Supercross layout and the dirt is soft and rocky and will rut up nicely to challenge racers throughout tomorrow's program. Defending SX1 and SX2 Champions Ken Roczen and Max Anstie both looked great. However, this will be the only round we see Anstie at, as the focus of his new Monster Energy/Star Racing/Yamaha team is the stateside Monster Energy Supercross Championship. “I just had to race with the number-one plate once,“ he told us. Roczen, meanwhile, is in for all four rounds, as is Monster Energy/Star Racing/Yamaha's Eli Tomac. Here are eight minutes of raw footage from today's riding sessions!
