Here I am showing some unusual training that increases the strength and mobility of the legs. It is not so much “snake style“ as learning how to use the whole body like a snake. This is part of the relaxation and body flow practice of Body Efficiency Training. I am using the “Cantilever Effect“ on the hips and the ankles, see the first of 2 videos here:
