Demonstration of a simple sidewall spacer alignment/press fit for aggressive inline skating frames, using common parts and tools. You just need: 1x wheel 2x bearings 1x bearings spacer 2x standard 4mm Allen key 1x UFS frame to boot fastener (any type will work) ———————————————— Update specific to Oysi Axle hardware: As of March 2021 each axle hardware package will include the updated sidewall spacers with a small chamfer added to the edge of the spacer. This greatly helps to avoid having to press fit the spacers. It still takes some force and working the spacer in with use of an axle makes them easier to line up. Please be aware: 1 - there may still occasionally be some sidewall spacers that need a press fit. 2 - there may still be some sets of chassis out there in shops that do not have the updated sidewall spacers. —————————————————————
