Israel has vowed that Gaza will be deprived of electricity and water until all Hamas hostages are released. Israel Katz, the country’s energy minister, said “electrical switch will be turned on, no water hydrant will be opened and no fuel truck will enter” until the “abductees” are free. “Humanitarian for humanitarian.
