Nunchucks Lesson 8 - Spinning and Switching to Reverse Grip

In this lesson we combine the reverse flower with flipping the nunchaku over the palm to reverse the grip, and then back! This is a very unique spin and is a very impressive technique to add to your repitoire. ***It is important to practice safely while learning new techniques with flexible weapons like nunchucks.
