Scene from the Dutch film “Soldier of Orange“ (1977) in which the Gestapo applies - in CIA parlance - “rectal rehydration“ during an “enhanced interrogation“ in the Nazi-occupied Netherlands. I was deeply shocked seeing this scene many years ago. It demonstrated the utter depravity of the regime.
