After 5 successful albums between 1976 and 1981, Kurt Hauenstein was dropped by Atlantic/Elektra Records as his sales were declining. In 1982, he released a concept album, A Planet Called Earth, on the Vibratone label, an album that sank without a trace and is now fetching selling prices of around 50 €.
