These mini egg biscuits or milk cookies remind me of Tamago Boro. I used to buy this Japanese snack at the supermarket/grocery store, mainly because they look cute almost like mini buns. The texture is mainly crispy and because they are so small, I consider them as light snacks that fulfill my sweet craving. If you want to closely resemble the store-bought Tamago Boro, try shaping them into smaller balls.
