Talking dog calls me a liar

Bear is our growling talking Rottweiler he didn’t learn how to communicate as a pup his mom sided when he was 12 days old so I took him from the pos breeder that’s did it and loved and nursed and saved him. He growls when most dogs don’t and doesn’t when he should. He’s a little different and backwards but not angry when growling he walks away when he don’t like something.
