Daredevils can be seen ’surfing’ on flooded Vladivostok roads, Wednesday night. Pulled along by cars, the people on their boards appear to reach high speeds. Around 120 millimeters of rain fell overnight, flooding many of the city’s main roads. Flooding in the region has been so severe that a section of the world famous Trans-Siberian Railway linking Moscow to Vladivostok had to be closed.
