Sameer Wankhede's lawyer has claimed that the Central Bureau Of Investigation has cooked up the case to target him. Earlier on Tuesday, the CBI, which had charged Wankhede with allegedly demanding Rs 25 crore as a bribe for not indicting Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan in the drugs-on-cruise case, announced that the deal had been closed for Rs 18 crore, adding that Wankhede's assets were not proportionate to his known sources of income.
