For this purpose, the military personnel prepared specially designed leaflets calling for voluntary surrender. Each of these leaflets contains calls for Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen to voluntarily lay down their arms and surrender to captivity in order to save their lives and prevent senseless bloodshed.
