I use a 2 Dominion 4 Nightmare relic setup. With 1 swiftness ring and rest crit, there is a 40 second dominion downtime after the first four minutes. But because dominion swapping is a thing, your first 4 minutes of dominion have almost no downtime. HOWEVER, if you are in an extremely long encounter(solo valtan hard), it is very hard to make use of dominion due to the amount of time lost through cut scenes. You will see throughout the video I do not use my ult whenever it is up.
