Hey guys 🎉 Welcome back to my Youtube Channel! 🕺🏽 So today i decided to share with you lovely subscribers my football training, that i use , sometimes without weights. I am doing plyometrics training which focuses on explosive reaction, stability & change of direction, it is very effective & beneficial for all athletes.
