Frostbearer Spectre Necromancer - 1 Div challenge! PoE Crucible

THIS IS NOT A BUILD GUIDE. - PoB with all details in notes. After playing this build for a bit, i can say that its very relaxing. At this budget: Its tanky, almost capped block, big life pool, all res 75%, ~25k armour. Doesn't have big damage, but enough for non uber bosses. *Prices of gear change constantly, so if u want to make this build on low budget, it might be a bit cheaper or a bit more expensive. **This build was made on month 2 of Crucible league.
