GOING EAST on 4x4Roadtrip documents the journey to Iran in 4 short episodes. The trip lasted 6 weeks. To be more precise, we drove in our Landrover Defender to Iran in 5 days and returned home in 5 days. So, 4 weeks of overlanding, adventure, and experiences between the Caspian Sea and the Persian Gulf. The second episode covers the trip to the Kavir Desert. Based in Kerman we spent a couple of days in that beautiful Desert. Further, we drove to Esfahan and south towards Persepolis and Shiraz.
