North America has some truly huge mammals roaming around. Among the largest are moose and bears, which share ranges in various parts of the continent. Of the two animals, it is interesting to wonder which of them is better prepared to win a fight. Learn which animal wins a moose versus bear battle and why you never know what will happen in the wild! In the vast majority of cases, a bear would win a fight against a moose. Bears know how to locate and kill moose when they are young and juvenile. They are also familiar with hunting and killing adult elk. However, we shouldn't just write a full-grown moose out of this battle. A moose could kill a bear with a well-placed kick or by using its antlers. A bear has to chase the moose and then kick it while biting its neck and knocking it to the ground.
