From Okinawa, Japan, the birthplace of Karate, we bring you a karate practice program that you can do at home every day. In this 15 minute program, Shorin-ryu Hanshi 10th dan, Yoshimasa Kakazu will cover 73 basic movements in total in 3 parts. The first part covers 24 movements, the second part covers 27 movements, and the third part covers 22 movements for you to do at home. The dojo is not the only place where karate can be practiced. Your house, yard, and even your garage can be a place to train. Everyday training is the shortcut to improvement. Oss!
