Get S K Y D C Early Access Discord: If a year ago, you told me that I'd replicate Driveclub visuals in Assetto Corsa, I'd call you crazy. Well here we are. It's been almost 10 months since I started coding and now here I am implemented new features on Pure itself. First was my dynamic bloom, that I actually implemented in S K Y G T 1.3, all the way back in January of this year, and now blinding lights. There's no such thing as “blinding lights“ on Pure yet, so I had to make it myself for Driveclub. It is by FAR the most important feature needed to be made because it's literally what Driveclub has. It is an exposure style that is just Driveclub and unique. It is strong, sensitive and gorgeous. When light is too strong for the camera, the overall game gets more contrast, sort of like squinting your eyes. It's crazy what the insane devs at Evolution Studios have achieved for their game. They were years ahead of everybody. It's been almost a decade and NO OTHER racing games beat their visuals, none. Sure, now we get better textures and all of that, but still... the visual presentation of Driveclub is just unbeaten. Very disappointed Evolution Studios is gone.
