Transfer the sliced cucumber to a bowl and add 1/2 tbsp of coarse salt. Mix well and let it sit for 10–15 minutes. 2) Cut onion into slices. 3) Remove excess water from the cucumber. Add gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and sesame seeds. Mix well. 4) Add the sliced onion. Mix again. Run a quick taste check and add more seasoning to your preference.
