An intermediate level, Photoshop tutorial showing my process of using typography within an image, as well as any additional elements such as dispersion effect used to enhance the detail. This piece of work was used as part of a campaign for ISTD (International Society of Typographic Designers) where the topic of Mass Surveillance was researched. In my take, I used the eagle to represent the nature of freedom, whereas the chains show the privacy taken away by the invasion of government using surveillance.
